QUIKGetting started
Add a prepaid or store gift card from the Cards screen. Type its details or use a photo, review the results, and save. You can start with a name, balance, and identifying details without saving a full card number or private code.
Why is my balance different from the store’s?
QUIK follows the purchases, refunds, and corrections you record. It does not connect to the issuer. Check the issuer’s official balance service, then correct the balance in QUIK. Current card tracking supports USD.
How do I add a barcode or QR code?
Open a store gift card and use its barcode action to scan or import the original code. Keep the physical card or the original issuer-provided code as a backup. QUIK cannot guarantee store acceptance.
How do automatic barcodes work?
Start with a saved original barcode. Open More → Manage barcode → Enable automatic barcodes for this store. Enter the original printed number and confirm the code has worked at checkout. The original payload must match the number exactly, including leading zeros.
For a matching store, number length, and verified format, QUIK can show a barcode from a saved full number after a fresh QUIK PIN entry. No store formats ship preapproved. Unsupported or conflicting formats require the original code.
Why did a barcode or private number disappear?
PIN-revealed private details and number-based checkout barcodes hide after 30 seconds, when you leave the view, or when the app goes to the background. Reopen the action and enter your QUIK PIN to show them again.
Can I keep the card photo?
The current App Store version uses card photos to help you enter details, then discards the source image. Keep the original photo in Photos or Files if you need it later, and protect any visible card numbers or codes.
Can you recover a forgotten QUIK PIN?
Dreamward cannot recover it or reveal your saved private details. The in-app reset requires device authentication and deletes protected numbers and codes while keeping ordinary card records and activity. See your data choices.
What should I do if a card or phone is lost?
Contact your card issuer using its official contact details. Ask about blocking or replacing the card and any unauthorized transactions. Use your phone’s recovery tools. QUIK cannot freeze funds or remotely recover your records.
Is QUIK available on the App Store?
Yes. Download QUIK from the App Store for iPhone with iOS 17 or later.
