No account to delete
QUIK has no online account or cloud vault. Your card records are stored on your iPhone. You manage those records directly in the app.
Remove a private card number or code
Open the card, choose the option to edit its details, then clear or uncheck the saved private fields and save. To read an existing protected value, you need your QUIK PIN. Removing details from QUIK does not cancel the card or change its issuer credentials.
Delete a card or attachment
Open the card and use its deletion action to remove the card record. You can also remove retained receipt or proof images from their associated records. Read the app’s confirmation before deleting.
Delete all QUIK data
In QUIK, open Settings → Storage and choose the action to delete all data. Follow the confirmation steps. This removes your local QUIK records; Dreamward has no server copy to restore.
If you forgot your QUIK PIN
Open Settings → Security → QUIK PIN and use the reset flow. Reset requires device authentication and deletes the protected numbers and private codes before establishing new protection. Ordinary card records and activity remain. A reset cannot reveal your old protected details.
Check copies outside QUIK
Source photos, Files documents, screenshots, and copies stored by other services are outside QUIK’s control. Remove them separately if needed. Contact the issuer to revoke or replace exposed credentials.
Before changing phones
Your encryption key is device-bound and does not migrate with an iPhone backup. Keep physical cards and proof of purchase before replacing your phone or reinstalling the app. QUIK does not offer cloud recovery or remote deletion.
